The Digital Library Management System is one of the important additions developed by EGPV, which allows the management of digital collections with the possibility to divide the content according to the subscriptions, giving the users different capabilities such as displaying the container only without allowing printing or downloading. Additionally, content can be enriched by uploading book cover images and placing a summary of the book or lists of contents, with the indexing of these contents in the search engine of the system and thus can be used to access the registry, in addition to the possibility of dividing books according to the class and uploading the content of articles and journals, specifying and linking them to their original source.
A tool has also been developed that allows analysis of the system’s log files to figure out the most searched terms, geographic ranges for searches and downloads, and other functions that give a clear picture of digital library use rate.
