The data conversion service is the most important element of successful systems transformation, simply because it spares user the time to re-enter, adjust and review his data. On top of that, it converts the data to standard formats, for example MARC21, without the need to re-enter it. EGPV also have many experiences in major data conversion projects, whether for library management systems or digital warehouse management systems and can be convert from non-standard databases to internationally recognized standards such as MARC21- Dublin core. It is worth mentioning that the data conversion processes are either separate according to the need of the customer who can provide us with the data in any picture and receive it in the required standard format, or a part of the complete system installation project in a library or switching from a system to another.
